Who we are

Helena Public Montessori Parents (HPMP) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization comprised of parents and others supporting Montessori in Helena’s public schools. Our website address is: https://www.helenamontessori.org.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

HPMP collects limited personal data for contact purposes only.

We do not allow comments or outside user accounts on our site. The only site accounts are for HPMP board members/site administrators.

We do provide an opt-in form for our mailing list through Mailchimp; visit their website for specific privacy information. We do not disclose, sell, or provide contact information to any third parties and contact information (email address, names, school location) is used solely for emailing subscribers about Montessori and HPMP events in Helena, Montana.

We do facilitate donations for Montessori teachers in the Helena School District, but do not directly collect payment information through https://www.helenamontessoriparents.org. Payment processing is directed to a third party (PayPal). Visit their website for privacy information.

We do help the Helena School District inform parents about the Montessori lottery, which is administered through the Helena School District. We may provide a link to a PDF document that asks for personal information related to applying for the lottery in the Helena School District. We do not collect any information in the form and HPMP does not collect the hardcopies. Visit the Helena School District website for their specific privacy policy.
